The new prison in Dendermonde was festively inaugurated in the presence of eld. eld was commissioned as technical consultant for the ‘Belgian Buildings Agency ’ and Federal Justice Department in a consortium with Stibbe, Rebel and Orientes. This consortium was responsible for the DBFM procedure of 5 new prisons in Belgium (Marche-en-Famenne, Leuze-en-Hainaut, Beveren, Dendermonde and Haren). eld supported the client during all stages of the DBFM process , developed the performance specifications detailing the functional and qualitative requirements and supported the site reviews for the client.
